PUTIN-BACKED Wagner mercenaries have deployed thermobaric weapons during the continued heavy fighting in eastern Ukraine. Footage recorded in the Bakhmut area of Donetsk Oblast appears to show the use of thermobaric weapons by Putin-backed Wagner assassins as fiery explosions can be seen. It comes as 10 million Ukrainians have been left without electricity according to Volodymyr Zelensky. During his nightly address, the Ukrainian president said: ...There are emergency shutdowns in addition to planned, stabilization ones. ...Currently, more than 10 million Ukrainians are without electricity.
