"We know just from seeing memes on Twitter that folks actually don't like these techniques.

"It makes them feel like criminals when they are simply making an attempt to shop for the goods that they want."

Proving this point, shopper Paul Zemaitis advised CBC News within the first few hours of the pilot challenge that he was shocked at his wrestle to go away the shop.
