Standing on 25 acres of pristine coastland, the Nestucca Sea Ranch went on auction with Sotheby's earlier this month, and eventually sold for $3.08 million - a dramatically slashed price tag. Hidden away in the unincorporated community of Cloverdale, the 7,000-square-foot mansion was advertised as 'an iconic coastal estate and oasis' by broker Brian Ladd.
