All American acknowledged the passing of Kamar de los Reyes during Monday night's episode. The actor, who joined the CW series in Season 4 as the beloved football Coach Montes, passed away last December at 56, after a battle with cancer. He appeared in the Season 6 premiere of the long-running CW series, but was not able to film more before his death. And on Monday's episode 10, it was revealed that his character was not killed off the series.
