Real Madrid lifted the Champions League trophy for the 15th time after beating Borussia Dortmund 2-0 at Wembley. Dani Carvajal was the unlikely hero for the LaLiga giants after heading home from Toni Kroos' corner before Vinicius Junior tucked in the decisive second goal.
