Deadpool Wolverine will be just as bloody and violent as the first two movies starring Ryan Reynolds as the Merc with a Mouth. The Motion Picture Association's Classification and Rating Administration announced on Wednesday, June 5, that the film has officially been rated R for "strong bloody violence and language throughout, gore and sexual references." It is the first film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to earn an R rating.
