Jessica Alba revealed that she has pivoted to producing as her 'next chapter' after recently leaving The Honest Company. The 43-year-old actress during an appearance on Monday on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon was congratulated by Jimmy, 49, on the success of The Honest Company that she co-founded in 2012. Jimmy noted that Jessica recently hired a new CEO for The Honest Company, which produces safe, eco-friendly baby, beauty and cleaning products.
