Fitness influencer Kayla Itsines has divided opinion with an Instagram post reminding her fans to indulge while on holiday. The mother-of-two, 32, recently visited Japan and America with her family, and took to Instagram last week with a photo gallery capturing some of the foods she enjoyed during her travels. Her post included images of a grocery store fridge packed with boxes of sliced fruit, a take-away smoothie, punnets of strawberries, avocado on toast, a scrambled egg wrap, prawn sushi and a plate of Belgian waffles.
