And on Tuesday, The Morning Show host Larry Emdur, 59, proved his incredible upper body strength as he did a workout before his hosting the breakfast show. Emdur was challenged to do a series of push ups by celebrity trainer Joseph Sakoda just minutes before he was due on air as co-host Kylie Gillies watched on.
