BBC Breakfast was subject to yet another hosting shake-up on Wednesday as a second presenter was replaced - leaving fans of the show fuming after a disrupted week. Presenter Sally Nugent, 52, was missing from the morning show which she usually fronts with Jon Kay, 54, - with Nina Warhurst taking over instead. It comes just a day after fans of the show were left livid as Ben Thompson stood in for Jon on Tuesday.
