The Repair Shop took on its 'most risky' and 'challenging' work on an 'irreplaceable' item during Wednesday's episode. BBC One viewers saw Richard Postlethwaite and his daughter Nicky bring in a unique ring which contained the ashes of Nicky's late mother. During the repeat instalment goldsmith expert Richard Talman agreed to take on the challenge to fix the broken piece of jewelry after she revealed that her mother Julie had passed away two years ago at the age of 62 due to lung cancer.
