Ben Affleck's stunning new $20.5million bachelor pad - which he took out a $10million loan for - that he bought in a brutal birthday swipe to Jennifer Lopez as their divorce filing looms can be seen in newly-released images. The 51-year-old A-lister's new five-bedroom, six-bathroom property was purchased on his 55-year-old estranged wife's birthday of July 24 and it looks like he will be living comfortably. The 6,200 square-foot property was originally built and designed in the early 1940s by noted architect Cliff May before being extensively remodeled by its previous owners.
