Justin Bieber was spotted taking a puff as he decompressed with Dave Chappelle in West Hollywood in the early morning hours of Saturday. The 30-year-old pop superstar, who was seen arriving at Barney's Beanery while looking disheveled earlier on Friday night, was pictured catching up with the controversial 51-year-old comedian outside of the same establishment hours later. It wasn't clear what Justin was smoking, but he could be seen exhaling a billowing white cloud in the outdoor seating area of the restaurant and bar, which has long been a popular spot for celebrities looking for a casual escape.
