The post comes just days after Victoria's former soccer star husband,David, 50,returned from the hospital after undergoing surgery on his wrist. On June 27, the former Spice Girl posted a couple of snapshots to her Instagram Stories of Davidlying in a hospital bedwith his arm in a blue sling. David had surgery to repair issues relating to a soccer-related injury after breaking his wrist in 2003 in a match between England and South Africa.
