"Glam team really did that," Trainor, 31, captioned aTikTokvideo on Friday, August 22, tagging members of her crew. In the footage, Trainor rocked a black Balenciaga halter dress with her hair in a high pony as she lip-synched toMegan Thee Stallion's "Her." "I don't care if these bitches don't like me," she mouthed. "'Cause, like, I'm pretty as f***. Just the other day, I heard a hoe say. Matter of fact, what could hoe say with a face like this and a bitch bad? S***." Meghan Trainor Credits Body Transformation to 'All the Things': 'I Learned a Lot of Tricks' Earlier this week, Trainor took part in theviral "Nicki Minaj Challenge"and uploaded avideowhere she stoically balanced on a stacked pair of dumbbells on one leg. TikTok commenters, however, thought that she looked different in the clip. "I didn't even recognize her?" one fan wrote, with another adding, "What happened?" While other fans praised Trainor's physique, a handful wanted to know her weight loss secrets. Trainor and her husband,Daryl Sabara, previously revealed in April that theytook small doses of Mounjaro, a GLP-1 injection recommended for adults with weight-related conditions to slim down. "We did 75 Hard after [our son] Riley was born and, man, did we crush," Trainor said on their "Workin' On It" podcast. "When we heard more and more of our friends — and even our doctors — were on Mounjaro and Ozempic." "I was like, 'I don't want any of that,' and 'I know how to do it on my own,'" she explained. "I could do that, but when I asked my doctor, I was like, 'Tell me everything.' I did the research, and I felt safe." Trainor and Sabara, 33, supplemented their dosages by hitting the gym and overhauling their diet. "We were like, 'We have to make sure we don't lose muscle that we worked so hard gaining all those years,'" Trainor added. "We stay in the gym, we work out, we eat right, and we just noticed that we were less hungry."
