Blair also shared a few throwback photos of her son
Selma Blair's son is gearing up for another Halloween.
The actress, 53, shared a carousel of photos on Instagram on Thursday, Oct. 30, filled with snaps of her now 14-year-old son Arthur's previous Halloween costumes. Blair's son could be seen going as Deadpool, a skeleton, an army man and even a police officer.
In her caption, Blair shared that her son already has his costume picked out for this year's holiday. "It's Halloween 🎃 time. And I figured a #throwbackthursday was the thing," Blair wrote.
"This year he plans to go as Hugh Hefner. Oh my. Times have changed here. 👻 ."

In September, Blair had the perfect mom reaction when she appeared on an episode of Today and revealed her teenage son had asked her for a facial piercing.
"He asked for a face piercing. What mother in her right mind?" she said. "I let him get an ear piercing once upon a time, and he's taking care of it, and it's a lovely little diamond. The face, not gonna happen."
"That's what I said. I put my foot down," she added. "He said, 'Why are you so mad?' I said, 'Because I never want this brought up to me again, that beautiful face.'"
The actress was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2018 and has been candid about what it's like to manage MS while having a career and taking care of her son Arthur.

In February, she spoke with Today about how her diagnosis has impacted her while raising her son as a single mom. Blair spoke about living with the disease and all the ways she's working to raise awareness and destigmatize it.
"I think since I had him I'd been afflicted with MS, and I didn't know [because] I was diagnosed later," the Cruel Intentions star began. "My fatigue was always the main issue and as any parent knows, especially a single parent, there's no room for extra fatigue."
Blair said that she's always had to find and connect with other people for tips and tricks on how to handle things, like her fatigue. She explained that she always had to ask the question, "How do you do this?" when raising her son.
"I had to ask advice for everything," she told Today, adding that she's now "in a good spot."
