"Essentially, I haven't been feeling good for about a month," the TV star and daughter of musicianJohn Mellencampsaid during her latestepisodeofTwo Ts in a Pod, "which was kind of shocking to me, and I think, mentally did a lot to me, because I was like, 'What do you mean? I felt so good right after the surgeries, and then when I was having radiation and immunotherapy, I was feeling good, so why am I not able to do this right now? Why do I feel like I can barely open my eyes and keep my words straight?'" She said that, because of the way she was feeling, she got an "emergency appointment" with her doctors to look into the root cause, and they learned that "the longer that I'm on immunotherapy, the sicker it is making me." Teddi continued, "So what the doctors have decided to do for me, because this immunotherapy has hit me so incredibly hard, they did a bunch of scans and everything is looking good, everything is shrinking...but it is showing that why I medically feel so sick is from the immunotherapy, so we are going to take a little break on the immunotherapy to get my body back feeling stronger." In the meantime, Teddi shared her doctors still have her on steroids and "we're doing everything we can to get me back to feeling like I can do this, I can do all the things." She added that the revelation was a major development in her cancer journey. "The hardest thing for me has been kind of the wake-up call, 'Wow, I can't do what I did yesterday,' or, 'Wow, I can't do what I did three weeks ago,'" she said. This latest update comes after Teddi shared in June onTwo Ts in a Podthather immunotherapy treatmentshad been so successful in beating back the growth of her tumors and that there were no plans to cease them. At one point, Teddi revealed she was given50/50 odds of survival, but in April, she excitedly shared thather brain tumors"have significantly shrunk, which doctors believe means that this all will work, and I will be back to myself and feeling good." Teddi was a cast member on Bravo'sThe Real Housewives of Beverly Hillsfrom seasons 8-10 between 2017 and 2020, and later returned as a guest on seasons 11, 12, and 13. Anthony Mackie appeared on "The Tonight Show" to promote "Twisted Metal" Season 2, but the interview started with host Jimmy Fallon congratulating Mackie on his recent Emmy nomination for guest actor in a comedy series thanks to his performance in Seth Rogen's Apple TV+ series "The Studio." Mackie was on a set the morning of the Emmys announcement and automatically assumed his white co-stars landed noms over him, per usual. Mackie was Ryan Gosling's co-star in 2006's "Half Nelson," which earned Gosling an Oscar nomination for best actor. He starred alongside Jeremy Renner in 2008's "The Hurt Locker," which won best picture and earned Renner a best actor Oscar nom. Mackie played Martin Luther King Jr. to Bryan Cranston's Lyndon B. Johnson in the HBO movie "All the Way," for which Cranston was an Emmy nominee. And now Mackie appeared with Ron Howard in "The Studio." Only this time it wasn't just Howard who got an Emmy nomination but Mackie, too. In various interviews over the years, Mackie has spoken publicly about his disappointment with awards bodies for overlooking his work. He told Esquire earlier this year on the "Captain America: Brave New World" publicity tour: "I know I've done at least four performances that could have been nominated — if not for a Golden Globe, then an Oscar or an Emmy. Captain America is my Oscar, because I've been overlooked so many times in my career." Speaking toMen's Healthin 2020, Mackie said he "put everything" into "The Hurt Locker" and had to stop acting for a bit when the Oscars snubbed him for supporting actor. In 2003, Ozzy and Kelly released a duet version of the song as a single. The song's original lyrics are: "I feel unhappy, I feel so sad / I've lost the best friend that I ever had." Following news of his death at 76 on Tuesday, the Osbourne family issued a statement confirming his passing. "It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love." Osbourne had been dealing with chronic illness over the past few years. He was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in January 2020, and in early 2023 announced that he had retired from touring, citing spinal injuries he had sustained in a 2018 accident. In early July, Osbourne stagedhis farewell showwith performances from some of his favorite groups, including Metallica, Guns N' Roses and Alice in Chains. Each act performed covers of songs by Osbourne and Black Sabbath, who reunited at the show to play four songs including "War Pigs," "N.I.B.," "Iron Man" and "Paranoid." Osbourne himself performed a solo set while sitting on a throne. Before his farewell show, Osbourne affirmed to the Guardian that it would be his final performance. "I'd love to say 'never say never', but after the last six years or so … it is time. I don't want to die in a hotel room somewhere. I want to spend the rest of my life with my family." Osbourne had been working on anew memoirentitled "Last Rites," releasing on October 6 via Hachette Book Group. Deadly violence has flared up once again on thecontentious borderbetween Thailand and Cambodia, reigniting a long-running but little-known dispute. Thailand deployed fighter jets against Cambodian military targets on Thursday, as forces from both countries clashed along the border. The escalation came after a second Thai soldier in a week lost their leg in a landmine explosion. Diplomatic relations have deteriorated as a full-blown conflict threatens to break out, as both sides accuse each other of aggression. Thailand's health ministry said Thursday that 12 people, including 11 civilians and one Thai soldier, have been killed in clashes with Cambodian troops. A further 31 people have been injured, the ministry said. Cambodian authorities have not yet reported any fatalities on their side. Here's what to know about the disputed border. Tensions worsened in May when a Cambodian soldier was killed during a brief clash between Thai and Cambodian troops in a contested border area of the Emerald Triangle, where Cambodia, Thailand and Laos meet. Thai and Cambodian forces said they were acting in self-defense and blamed the other for the skirmish. Although military leaders from Thailand and Cambodia said they wished to de-escalate, both sides have since engaged in saber-rattling and reinforced troops along the border. Thailand took control of border checkpoints, imposed restrictions on crossings and threatened to cut electricity and internet to Cambodia's border towns. Cambodia in return stopped imports of Thai fruit and vegetables and banned Thai movies and TV dramas. Recent landmine explosions prompted both countries to downgrade relations with each other and recall diplomatic staff. The first soldier lost his leg in a landmine explosion on July 16. The second incident occurred Wednesday, when a blast injured five Thai soldiers, with one losing his leg. Thursday's violence marked a significant escalation. Thailand and Cambodia have had a complicated relationship of both cooperation and rivalry in recent decades. The two countries share a 508-mile (817-kilometer) land border – largely mapped by the French when they controlled Cambodia as a colony – that has periodically seen military clashes and been the source of political tensions. Cambodia has previously sought a ruling from the UN's International Court of Justice over disputed areas, including the site of the most recent clash. However, Thailand does not recognize the ICJ's jurisdiction and claims that some areas along the border were never fully demarcated, including the sites of several ancient temples. In 2011, Thai and Cambodian troops clashed in a nearby area surrounding the 11th-century Preah Vihear temple, a UNESCO world heritage site,displacing thousands of peopleon both sides and killing at least 20 people. The flare-up in May has had huge political ramifications in Thailand. Thailand's Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra wassuspended from dutiesin July after the leak of aphonecall she had with Cambodia's powerful former leader Hun Sen, in which she appeared to criticize her own army's actions in the dispute. Paetongtarn hails from a powerful dynasty and became Thailand'syoungest prime ministerlast year, at just 38. She could face full dismissal over the 17-minute phone call – in which she appeared to signal there was discord between her government and the powerful Thai military. The scandal and her suspension brought fresh uncertainty to the Southeast Asian kingdom, which has been roiled by years ofpolitical turbulenceand leadership shake-ups. Both sides' forces accuse each other of opening fire Thursday morning. Cambodia then fired rockets on Thai soil, Thailand said. A Thai fighter jet later dropped two bombs in Cambodian territory, Cambodia said. Cambodia's Defense Ministry condemned what it called "brutal, barbaric, and violent military aggression," accusing Thailand of violating international law. The ministry said a Thai F-16 had dropped two bombs on a road near the ancient Preah Vihear temple, a UNESCO world heritage site. "Cambodia reserves the right to lawful self-defense and will respond decisively to Thailand's violent aggression," the statement said, adding that the armed forces are "fully prepared to defend the kingdom's sovereignty and its people – whatever the cost." CNN has reached out to UNESCO for comment. Thailand's 2nd regional military command in the northeast said that F-16 fighter jets had been deployed in two areas, and it claimed to have "destroyed" two Cambodian regional military support units. Army spokesperson Col. Richa Suksuwanont said the strikes were aimed only at military targets. Thailand's acting caretaker, Prime Minister Phumtham Wechayachai, said Cambodia fired heavy weapons into Thailand without clear targets, leading to civilian deaths. The acting premier also said the conflict was not spreading into more provinces, according to Reuters. He added that no negotiation with Cambodia can take place until fighting along the border ends. Other countries have also weighed in, urging restraint and warning travelers against approaching the contentious border. At a briefing on Thursday, US State Department spokesperson Tommy Pigott told reporters that the US is "gravely concerned" about the violence. "The United States urges an immediate cessation of hostilities, protection of civilians, and a peaceful resolution of the conflicts," Pigott said. Additionally on Thursday, the United Kingdom's Foreign Ministry advised against "all but essential travel" within 50 kilometers of the Cambodia-Thailand border ineithercountry.
