Police have not yet released any information about the evidence that led to his arrest. The probable cause affidavit has been under seal since Allen was taken into custody on October 26. Carrie Timmons, Libby's mom, told The U.S. Sun she's hoping all documents regarding the arrest of Allen remain shielded from public view indefinitely to prevent the case against him from being compromised in any way.
