A WALMART shopper has been arrested after getting into with multiple weapons and defended his actions, saying his Second Modification rights must be protected.
Moja Kemet Estep of Monroe, North Carolina, 27 miles south of Charlotte, is dealing with a misdemeanor cost of armed to trigger terror of individuals.



Estep claimed he is somebody who could be trusted with guns.
"With out the Second Amendment, we've got no freedom," he informed Cox affiliate WSOC in Charlotte.
"I am not just some random man with a gun.
"I know how to handle guns properly and safely."
He plans to challenge his cost because he was not carrying the guns in a approach that was scary and other people have been smiling at him.
Estep promised that he would do no hurt and didn't have dangerous intentions with all the weapons he had on him.
"I'm an trustworthy man," Estep stated.&
"I have three youngsters. I've never had any violent costs.
"All the people who know and love me can converse for me."
Defense lawyer Brent Ratchford explained that although the Second Amendment permits you to carry a gun, it's totally different if you end up on personal property.&

Personal property can legally demand individuals to not carry weapons on its premises.
"Shops are thought-about to be personal property," Ratchford stated.&
"They will prohibit your gun rights."
Estep has a unique perspective and needs to struggle for what he believes in.&
