A LOTTERY winner has revealed that one split-second decision led to them winning thousands of dollars.
A winner in South Carolina decided to follow his gut and buy the same ticket as the person in front of him and ended up winning $200,000.

"It was like an out-of-body experience," the man told local NBC affiliate WYFF.
The lucky winner bought a $5 Double Sided Dollars Extra Play ticket at The Happy Liquor Store in Charleston.
He admitted that picking a scratch-off was an unusual choice for him.
"I wouldn't have bought it if the customer in front of me hadn't," he revealed.
The lucky man said he plans to use his new fortune to start a business.
The Happy Liquor Store will also get a $2,000 prize for selling a winning ticket.
