Jeff Brazier has shared a emotional post on Instagram on Tuesday as he posted a sweet throwback snap of his sons Bobby and Freddy as young children. The TV presenter, 45, shared his two sons with his ex-partner Jade Goody, who tragically died in 2009 from cervical cancer. In the black and white photo, Strictly and EastEnders star Bobby, who is now 21, wrapped his arm around his little brother Freddy, who is now 20.
