Matt Willis has revealed his wife Emma had to intervene because of his 'ridiculous' morning routine. The Busted singer, 41, confessed that he would wake up at 4.30am to fit in an ice bath, meditation, a workout, an update in his gratitude Journal, a sauna session and finally a supplement routine. Speaking on the Mail's Life of Bryony podcast with Bryony Gordon, which was released on Monday, he confessed Emma had to have a word, explaining: 'I had to have a firm telling off about my morning routine because it was getting a bit out of hand.
