Amanda Kempton, 32, was arrested on Friday, June 20, the Southampton Town Police Department said, reports theNew York Post,News 12and local Long Island outletDan's Papers. The Virginia resident will be arraigned on the charges on Saturday, June 21. Details about the vehicle that allegedly struck and killed Burack have yet to be released. Burack, who appeared in the Netflix seriesMillion Dollar Beach House,was fatally injured in the alleged hit-and-run on Thursday, June 19, at approximately 2:45 a.m. She was 40.
