The duo announced on Monday, Aug. 18, that the time is finally (almost) here, with the doors of their newest business venture set to open to the public for the first time in just a few weeks, with reservations opening up even sooner. "Precision in every detail. Power in every bite," they promised in the caption of a video uploaded to Instagram, which found the pair taste-testing some of their offerings. "What's better than to break bread with people over good food, good drinks, cool vibes?" the tight end asked, adding, "The menus are just mind-blowing." Reservations open up beginning this Wednesday, Aug. 20, at 12 p.m. CST, but there's no word yet on what platform they'll be accepted through. 1587 Prime is located in the Loews Kansas City Hotel in downtown Kansas City. The steakhouse's menu hasn't been revealed yet, though you can get a glimpse at a few of its delectable-looking options in the video above. We do know it promises one of the largest wine collections in the state, but as far as specialties or other menu items go, its website isn't telling—yet. The space is expected to span about 10,000 square feet across two floors, with several private dining rooms that are said to include "hyper-subtle nods to Patrick and Travis' on-field accomplishments."
