In a panel discussion reuniting the stars of the hitNickelodeonseries at the Anaheim Convention Center on June 8, 2025, 38-year-old Peck noted that hip-hop artist Kid Cudi was actually "a massive fan" of the show. "Kid Cudi was a big fan ofDrake & Josh. Which I didn't know," Peck, 38, explained. "But I was in some club ... and I see a buddy, [actor] Bryan Greenberg, he's on a show with Kid Cudi. I'm a massive fan. He was like, 'Yo, let me introduce you. He's great.' I'm like, 'No, don't bother.' It's like when you see the cops on the street, like lemme just not make eye contact." Peck explained that he then saw the rapper and began walking toward him to introduce himself. "So I'm walking up him to and he goes 'AAAAAA, I loveDrake & Josh.' I'm like, 'I love you Kid Cudi.' And he's like, 'Call me Scott.' And I'm like, 'I don't want to.' So he's like 'Yo, take my number down, we should talk.' And was like, cool, if this bubble comes up green tomorrow, I won't be hurt." I'm like, 'Cool, I'm playing Xbox in my friend's basement. So, samesies.' And he invited me to come listen to his album and talk aboutDrake & Joshfor three hours one night. It makes no sense," Peck added.
