Yeis facing new allegations of sexual assault and sex trafficking from a former employee. Lauren Pisciotta, a former personal assistant for Ye who worked for him from 2021 to 2023, has filed a second amended complaint in her lawsuit against the rapperafter previously accusing himof sexual harassment and wrongful termination. The filing, which wasfirst reported by TMZ, accuses Ye of assault, battery, sex trafficking, stalking and false imprisonment, among other allegations. USA TODAY has reached out to representatives for Ye and Pisciotta for comment. A legal representative for Yepreviously told Rolling Stonethat Pisciotta was "terminated for being unqualified, demanding unreasonable sums of money (including a $4 million annual salary) and numerous documented incidents of her lascivious, unhinged conduct." The representative denied her "baseless" allegations and accused her of "blackmail and extortion." However, the latest filing says "Ye subjected Ms. Pisciotta to obscene comments about her body, demanded she wear tight fitting clothing, groped her on a regular basis, forced her to watch Ye perform sexual acts with other women, sent her sexually explicit pictures and demanded she do the same, and repeatedly demanded that she join his sexual encounters, which she refused." The complaint alleges that "on one occasion, Ye attempted to vaginally penetrate Ms. Pisciotta with his fingers," while on another, "he orally raped her without her consent." Ye accused of drugging, sexually assaulting ex-assistant at Diddy session The filing accuses Ye, formerly known asKanye West, of forcibly kissing Pisciotta on the mouth, forcibly touching her vagina, and forcibly grabbing her by the throat. He also allegedly "offered someone the opportunity to have sex with" her "in exchange for allowing Ye to have sex with" that person's significant other. Ye accused of 'pornographic' chokingon La Roux music video set by model in lawsuit The complaint additionally accuses Ye of sex trafficking, alleging that he made "fraudulent promises of career advancement" in exchange for her "acquiescence" to his sexual contact and used "force and coercion to obtain compliance with his sexual demands." In 2023, he fired her after "multiple failed attempts at coercing" her to engage in sexual acts, the filing says. Pisciotta's earlier filing alleged that Ye drugged and sexually assaulted her during a studio session that he cohosted withSean "Diddy" Combs. She also alleges Ye once forced his way into her hotel room and "attempted to forcefully thrust his naked body onto and penis into" her face and in another instance locked her in a room and masturbated. Pisciotta first sued Ye in 2024 for sexual harassment, wrongful termination and breach of contract, then amended her complaint later in the year with additional allegations. The latest filing claims that after she filed her original complaint, Ye hired an individual to "SWAT" her by sending emergency services to her under false pretenses. "Within approximately one week of filing her original summons and complaint in this action, Ms. Pisciotta was bombarded with unwanted, harassing, and alarming visits from law enforcement and government agencies who claimed to be investigating various reports, such as child abuse, and searched her home and personal effects," the filing says. Pisciotta's attorney, Lisa Bloom, said in a statement to USA TODAY that "every woman deserves a respectful workplace free of groping and sexual harassment," adding, "We look forward to aggressively litigating this case on behalf of our brave client, Lauren Piscotta."
