It is the moment every country music fan lives for: when the lights dim, the band kicks in and a country music legend steps up to the microphone. For fans at one such recent concert, the energy was electric as beloved country music greatWynonna Judd, 61, prepared to belt out the first line of one of her classic hits. Then, in a split second, one of the music world's most powerful voices went silent. In a hilarious video shared to her official Instagram account, the famously relatable country superstar shared a clip of the unexpected moment. The video shows Judd onstage, microphone in hand, ready to sing. But just as she is about to begin, she pauses, leans into the mic and confesses to the crowd, "I forgot the words." Candid as always, Judd goes a step further, with text splashed across the clip revealing the hilarious and all-too-human reason for the lyrical lapse: "When you're distracted by a good looking man in the front row." Both were accompanied by the perfect caption, with Judd writing, "It happens to the best of us." View this post on Instagram A post shared by Wynonna (@wynonnajudd) Almost immediately, fans flooded the comments section, not with criticism, but with overwhelming love and laughter. The moment clearly struck a chord, with many praising her for being so genuine. "Never related to anything more lol," one fan wrote, with another simply adding, "Relatable." Another user commented, "I love how REAL she is!!!🔥" Of course, many fans were curious about the mystery man who caused the distraction. "🤣🤣🤣 now I want to see the man 🔥," one fan joked. One woman even playfully asked, "Was it my husband. 🙌" The good-natured ribbing continued, with one concertgoer quipping, "I'll try to sit back further for your next show." For longtime followers of the country music queen, this kind of authenticity is exactly what they love about her. As one half of the legendary mother-daughter duoThe Judds, Wynonna became a superstar at just 18 years old. Along with that fame came immense pressure and an internal struggle she now openly shares. In a 2020 appearance onDinner Conversations with Mark Lowry and Andrew Greer, Judd described herself as recovering from "perfectionism"  after years spent as a "people pleaser" and "co-dependent" person, trying to live up to the sky-high expectations of the industry, her manager and her mother. In the same interview, she explained that she has been on a journey of "unraveling" those old habits to embrace a more authentic way of living. She credited her mother for one piece of advice that guides her: "Let them see the cracks in your armor. That's how the light gets out". That philosophy is now at the heart of her performances. Encouraged by her husband and bandmate,Cactus Moser, 68, Judd has reshaped her shows to be more "raw," "real" and "imperfect." "I think people are hungry for real more now than ever," she told Lowry and Greer. Certainly, that seems to be true of Judd's fanbase, who poured in with likes and comments to appreciate her funny, yet deeply vulnerable and unfiltered moment. As one fan perfectly put it, "You just be YOU, Girl! That's allWynationshould ever ask of you!!" It's a milestone birthday forKim Cattrall— at least, Samantha Jones would certainly think so. TheSex and the Cityalum celebrated her 69th birthday on Thursday, August 21, taking to Instagram to share a makeup-free selfie while holding up a glass of champagne as a toast. "Thank you for all your Birthday wishes! 💋❤️," Cattrall captioned the post, which featured her rocking a cream-colored sweatshirt, nude nails and an MLB baseball cap. "Go Moon Mammoths!🦣 💜," the actress added, referring to Erie, Pennsylvania's recentJohn Oliver-led rebrand of their Minor League baseball team. While Cattrall's celebratory post was noteworthy on its own,Chris Noth— her former (now disgraced)SATCco-star who famously played Carrie'sMr. Big— left a rare comment that sent fans into the stratosphere. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Kim Cattrall (@kimcattrall) "Happy Birthday Kim!" wrote Noth, who was cut from theSATCrevival series,And Just Like That, in 2021 following multiple allegations of sexual assault against the actor. (Noth has denied the claims against him.) Fans — who are all likely mourningthe abrupt loss ofAJLT— couldn't get enough of Noth's response. TheLaw & Orderalum's comment was not onlya rare public movesince his 2021 scandal, but it also brought together the two biggestSATCfan favorites who are no longer involved in the show's universe: Samantha and Mr. Big. "the best duo 🥂🥳❤️," one person praised under Noth's remark. "Biiiiiiiiiiiig ❤️❤️❤️❤️," another gushed. "we've missed Mister Big❤️," a third fan wrote. While Cattrall madea 5-second cameoin Season 3 ofAJLT— and Noth's character died from a heart attack in the series premiere — both actors have notably been at-odds with their former co-stars for some time. Cattrall has had a longstanding feud withSarah Jessica Parkerfor years, memorablyslamming SJPfor sending her condolences following Cattrall's brother's death in 2018. "Your continuous reaching out is a painful reminder of how cruel you really were then and now," theCrossroadsstar wrote via Instagram at the time. One year prior, Cattrall toldPiers Morganthat she and SJP,Cynthia NixonandKristin Davishad "never been friends," despite playing best friends on screen. "We've been colleagues and, in some ways, it's a very healthy place to be." As for Noth, hisAJLTcolleagues — SJP, Nixon and Davis — publicly released a statement condemning the allegations against him and praising those who spoke out. "We are deeply saddened to hear the allegations against Chris Noth," the actresses shared in a joint statement at the time. "We support the women who have come forward and shared their painful experiences. We know it must be a very difficult thing to do and we commend them for it." Mark Hamill Says He Forgot He Appeared in 1992 MovieNew Foto - Mark Hamill Says He Forgot He Appeared in 1992 Movie

ActorMark Hamillhas been in the entertainment industry for over five decades. With a career that long-lasting, it should come as no surprise that he has found one of his projects to be not all that memorable. In an August 2025 interview withEntertainment Weekly, Hamill said he "totally forgot" that he had a small part in the 1992Stephen Kingfilm,Sleepwalkers. "If I remember right, Mick Garris, the director, asked me, 'Could I do a small role?' I loved him so much, and I thought, 'I've gotta do it to help him,'" said Hamill during the interview. "I don't even know if I got paid, but I totally forgot about it. If there's not a premiere of a movie, sometimes they'll slip through, and I don't see 'em. I think I eventually saw it, but it was so long ago, I can't remember much of it." He also said he didn't "remember the plot" or who he "played" in the spooky film, which focuses on Charles Brady (Brian Krause) and his mother, Mary Brady (Alice Krige), who are supernatural beings with the power to change shape. Hamill portrayed Sheriff Jenkins in the movie. Hamill clarified that despite not remembering being inSleepwalkers, he's "always been a Stephen King fan." The actor is appearing in the upcoming film,The Long Walk, adapted from King's 1979 book. During the Entertainment Weekly interview, Hamill said he appreciated the movie's theme of resilience. The movie, coming out on September 12, follows several young men constantly walking to get a cash prize or die trying. "The real heart and soul of the picture is their experiences in these extraordinary circumstances, their highs, their lows, their triumphs, their tragedies, the alliances, the rivalries. That's what the movie's all about," said Hamill. During a panel at the2025 San Diego Comic Con, held in July 2025, Hamill shared which of the younger characters he would have liked to play ifThe Long Walkwas filmed shortly after it was published. He said he "would be happy to play any of those characters." "They are all great in different ways. That's what's so good about [King's] writing. Is that he makes them so distinctive," said Hamill, who plays the Major inThe Long Walk, during the panel. Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was illegally deported, could be released from jail this weekNew Foto - Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was illegally deported, could be released from jail this week

Kilmar Abrego Garcia could be let out of jail this week. Attorneys for Abrego Garcia, the Maryland man the U.S. illegally deported to El Salvador in March, on Aug. 19 asked a federal judge to issue an order releasing Abrego Garcia from custody once a different order delaying his release expires Aug. 22. They also asked that after his release, Abrego Garcia be given 48 hours to make it to Maryland and that he have access to his attorneys if he is apprehended by immigration authorities while there. Prosecutors in an Aug. 20 filing said they still opposed letting Abrego Garcia out of federal custody. But they said that if he is released, they had no problem with the conditions requested by Abrego Garcia's attorneys. Magistrate Judge Barbara Holmes on Aug. 21 said she will enter an order directing Abrego Garcia's release and the conditions of his release. Abrego Garcia is in the custody of the U.S. Marshals in an undisclosed facility. He isfacing charges of human smuggling in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. Both U.S. District Judge Waverly Crenshaw and Holmes made findings thatAbrego Garcia was entitled to release ahead of his trial. But because his attorneysfeared he would be placed in Immigration and Customs Enforcement custodyand summarily deported, judges agreed to postpone letting him out of U.S. Marshals custody. So why do Abrego Garcia's attorneys now want him out? A court order in a different case ensures he will not be immediately picked up by ICE in Tennessee. U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis, of Maryland, ruled on July 23 that the federal government must restore Abrego Garcia to his ICE order of supervision in Baltimore and give his attorneys at least 72 hours notice of plans to deport him. His attorneys in Tennessee say they've retained a private security firm to take him to Maryland once he is released from custody. ICE could still take him into custody once he makes it to Maryland. His attorneys are a team of New York lawyers led by Sean Hecker and Nashville's Rascoe Dean, son of former Nashville mayor Karl Dean. The same day they filed the motion requesting Abrego Garcia's release, they filed a motion to dismiss his criminal charges because of "vindictive and selective prosecution." Abrego Garcia entered the country illegally around 2011, court records state. When he was deported earlier this year, he was under a court order prohibiting his deportation to his home country El Salvador. The federal government returned him. Officials have publicly said they may deport Abrego Garcia to a different country. This story was updated with additional information from Abrego Garcia's attorneys' request and subsequent filings by the magistrate judge and prosecutors. Have questions about the justice system? José Luis Sáez, the mayor of Guardamar del Segura, announced on Xthat swimming was prohibited following "the appearance on Vivers Beach of two specimens of Glaucus atlanticus, known as the Blue Dragon." The beaches of Guardamar del Segura span seven miles, perSky News. With his announcement, Sáez added two photos of the blue dragons, which are typically about four centimeters in length. They are known to be foraging predators with tentacles that hold highly poisonous stinging cells, used for both hunting and self-defense, explains theBureau of Ocean Energy Management. Policía Local Guardamar/Facebook Sáez warned residents not to touch the slithering creatures, even with gloves. "Notify lifeguards or authorities. If stung, rinse with salt water and go to a first aid station or health center. These are poisonous specimens, and their bite causes nausea, pain, and vomiting," he said. Sáez said that the Guardamar City Council has implemented a preventive measure to detect possible specimens swept away by ocean currents. The presence of the sloths, though, caused the local police in Guardamar del Segura toissue their own warning. "Contact with this marine animal can be dangerous and cause painful skin burns. We ask residents and visitors to follow the instructions, exercise extreme caution, and avoid direct contact with specimens that may appear on the sand," their statement said in part. The notice advised that they, in coordination with municipal services, were going to maintain surveillance and "provide prompt information on the development of the situation." Policía Local Guardamar/Facebook On Thursday, Sáezannounced on Xthat there was now a "yellow flag on the beaches of Guardamar following the closure of the special surveillance operation, due to the presence of two Blue Dragon specimens." According to anupdate from local police, a yellow flag means that "bathing is allowed, but with caution." "Take care of your safety and that of others. Enjoy the beach responsibly," the department advised.
