Channel Seven's veteran weatherman Paul Burt has broken his silence after he was axed by the network. The Queensland presenter was recently cut by Seven after almost three decades in the industry as part of a cost-cutting bloodbath. Burt told The Courier Mail he was enjoying a weekend away in Melbourne when he received a phone call telling him to come into the office on his next day back.
