Detroit Lions cut quarterback Jake Fromm on the eve of 2025 NFL Draft
The Detroit Lions announced Wednesday night that they have released quarterback Jake Fromm. The move cuts the Lions' roster down to three quarterbacks with Jared Goff, Hendon Hooker, and Kyle Allen remaining in Detroit. The decision came just over 24 hours before the the country's top prospects will descend on Green Bay for the 2025 NFL Draft. The Lions, who clinched the NFC's No. 1 seed last season, have the 28th pick in the first round of this year's draft.
